Fallout 2 utility How to set up BIS mapper with RPU?

I am trying to set up the BIS mapper so it can also edit the new maps included in the Restoration Patch (Updated) because previously, when using the mapper, I couldn't access them, and when I started a new game, the locations wouldn't appear. So, I have come here asking for assistance and advice as to what the problem is. What am I doing wrong here?

same as you, i tried to get sceneries, critters and items from fallout Sonora or RPU (for moto.frm & mexican npc) and i could'nd find the way... copying FRM and Proto filles from those mods to the folders and updating .list (critter.list & scenery.list) but i'm a mess.
