How to Setup a Fallout 1 Mod

What do you mean by this question? If you mean does a Fallout 1 mod with an installer exist - yes. Does a Fallout 1 mod (several actually) exist that is simply extract over your Fallout folder? Yes.

Most of the stuff available for Fallout 1 just gets extracted directly into your Fallout 1 folder, as it already has directory structure in the (RAR/ZIP/whatever) which will put most (but not all) files in DATA.

So yeah, in terms of where to put the files, exactly the same.
