How to solve Arroyo-Klamath Mod ?

First time out of the vault
I am using a female character
after I came out the temple of trial

I went to find the warrior leader, he didnt let me join because I am female

then I went to the shaman and helped him to clear the garden
but he said I am not suitable to be liked by spirit...

I look into the pipboy, it just prompt I must do something good for Arroyo within 2 days

What can I do something good???
( I had repaired the well, and saving the dog Smoke out)

Arroy-Klamath Mod question

I'm stuck both as the warrior and the shaman. I've searched the forum but havent found anything useful.
Shaman: how do you kill the plants without using martial arts? using the spade on them doesnt work.
Warrior: getting the 3 golden gecko pelts. People here suggested to steal them from Klamath, but i can't find anyone who's got one.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
No...but you can get a quest there to find someone who does have pelts.
but don't dally the clock is ticking :lol: .

Alright, I've spoken to Mrs Buckner in Arroyo and she told me to look for Smiley in toxic caves, and there's no way i can kill that many golden geckos with that low level. Is there any other way obtaining 3 golden pelts?
 
Isnt there one in the office of the buckners?

and theres one in the trapper field where bob keeps his still thats easy to kill

No. there isn't one in Mrs buckner's office, there's 4 normal pelts though. And i've killed the golden gecko in the trapper grounds but i can't take a pelt off him. So i'm still stuck. Am i being really stupid?!

Did you try and if you did..did you take 'someone' with you?
 
Alright thanks alot, it worked as you said. I guess i didn't think that i was gonna get all required equipment (armor, gun as i'm playin a sniper) then go down there and come back withing the 12 days i was given. But it worked!
However, I didn't find anything to do with emily, sam or ned, no quests or anything associated with them. Is my charisma too low (4)?

I can't seem to find Ned in klamath, been running around and exploring every bit of it. I need the kill him to get the stone for the Bob the farmer quest. Caught the kid in the garned but he ran away, now just need to find Ned. Anyone give me a general area of klamath where he can be found? S part of trapper town, etc. Thanks!

P.S. Can you comlete both the shaman and warrior quests or can you do only one?
