First time out of the vault
So, I finally found the old Fallout theme for Windows 95 Plus!. Here a page that it used to be hosted on:http://web.archive.org/web/20000815064350/http://interplay.com/themes.html

I noticed that is wasn't on the download site for No Mutants Allowed but, maybe it could be added?
