I found this Picture. What program is that?

This was a Windows desktop launcher that was supposed to be included with the VB tech demo. Since they didn't finish it, it's just placeholder graphics and stuff, but apparently it works. Briosafreak got it from one of his "special sources", I think.
 
No, it's been in the Files section forever, it just didn't seem like anyone was interested. I mean, look at it. Ugh?
 
I think I'd be fun to play with. I've got a computer for only gaming. This qould be cooler than just Icons on the desktop :)

NM mate. I found it. still russian but I text is translatable. Bit buggy the bugger but looks really cool!

This is something you generally don't want to see as your desktop. Seriously, it is ugly and just doesn't look well *good*.
Let alone easy to use...

However, it is something to do with FO so I have a soft spot for it.
