How can I manage to get to the bunker in Cheyenne Mountains before 1 minute is up? What route should I take? Thanks

Run ? there's a ladder in the top of the hill wich will lead to the bunker also, that all of your men(but one) to the bunker when you have killed everyone, than drive the nuke to the door, and run to bunker 
there are 2 ladders, on is very short, and the other take you to the bunker, it soudn't be a problem since it took like 30sec for me...
