so i downloaded mods from the admin odin and i dont know how to use them in game
i have a problem

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you've made another thread reporting the same issue! Couldn't you just bump your previous thread?
Also, it would be easier for the community to help you if you provided some more information about your situation:
1. What mods have you downloaded exactly? (names)
2. What version of the game you're using (do you use any patches, is it a GOG Fallout, or the standard box one, what is the version number, etc.)?
3. What computer and OS are you using?
Finally, make sure you did the following:
4. Have you read the readme files of the mods? Have you read all information from the page you were downloading the mods from?
5. Have you used "search" option of these forums to see if anybody encountered similar issues before you?
If you did these things and all failed, provide us a detailed description of what you did including the things in #1, #2 & #3.
