i have the solution to end video problem...

go to run, type in dxdiag, when the screen comes up click on the display tab. under directx features, click on the DISABLE button next to directdraw acceleration. it worked for me, if you still need help just e-mail me or something.

hell, it worked for me, it fixed the problem with sound effects too. just turn off the acceleration... oh and by the way, someone is one word

I tried it earlier today, but it didn't work. I dont think were going to find a techie to fix the problem since they pretty much moved on to other stuff. Eh, it's not too bad anyways.

for some heads you have to have it on, for others it has to be off. if you can't get it to work than you just aren't trying hard enough.
