I need help for kill aps quests

First time out of the vault
Hi,i ama french player of fallout 2 and i d like to know where i can find a faq for killaps's quests:

I am in the Den and must find a house for children.I must take a house ocuped by squatters but they always want to fight.

However i am sure there is a "good way" to solve this quest and would like to know it.

I am also looking for a pass in order to enter into epa,for i did find the place but cannot open some doors.

That is a good mod by the way.
