I still can't aim, and no fast shot trait

None of my characters can aim there weapons, they can do single or burst, just not aim, even farsight and dillion can't aim.

What mode are you playing in if it's CTB you don't get the option to aim shots. You only get the option to do aimed shots in TB or squadTB.

actually you do get it in CTB. You click on the circle to aim, right click to set where to hit.
