I want to change my F2 language

I have Fallout 2 with polish language version and i want change it to English or German version. Is this possible ?

Btw , when will be RP mod 2.2 release?

You'd need the English or German data files for that. Sharing those would be illegal. So no.
You can get a legal copy of the game really cheap, though. I'd recommend amazon.com.

Or you could just buy it for 6$ from gog.com and get a lot of bonus material like soundtrack and fallout bible.
