Will your left over APs go to your AC? Or will you be able to reserve them for retaliation ala X-COM? Or will it be some other variation?

Well, the reason I was wonder is... They are going to have some psuedo-real-time mode (they have some special name for it, but anyways), with that option your extra APs wouldn't go into AC. So in turn-based will they convert to AC?
