Idea for a fallout based game.

I just had a really interesting idea for a game(mod?) that puts together Fallout with another classic video game... Oregon Trail!

I'd love to see a Oregon Trail game set in the Fallout style wasteland!

For laughs if nothing else.

"Your family dies of disintary.. and giant radscorpions.. but mostly disintary."

Not a bad idea at all... you, wife and kids, traveling across the wasteland. Maybe hire a bodyguard or two to take care of raiders.

I've contemplated doing "The Road" in Fallout 3 as a horribly disempowering and unpleasant game where you spend every waking hour looking for food and walking the road trying to get yourself and your son to the south. All the while you are dying from some disease and your gun has only two bullets. Think of how fun it is to check every emaciated dead body for good shoes while answering your son's heartbreaking questions about the world.

... Throwing cheese into the FEV vats.

...Being turned into a solid rust statue by means of voodoo...

Using throwing pies to defeat radiers...
