It Wandered In From the Wastes
I was thinking of an Idea for Fallout, but with all characters changed into Vault Boys or girls. 
Maybe even a Vault Boyish remake of Mutants and Ghouls.
It might look like the FOT version of the Vault Boy but I am not too happy with the look of him in a 3 dimensional sense.
Maybe with more of a cartoon feel of a drawn character, per say with the pictures from perks etc.
All characters would remain in clothing other than vault suits and so forth but with a remake into the cartoon look. :terminator:
Possibly be taller then the FOT version as well.
Some characters would have variants of looks as well as size and Height, Maybe even weight.
I cant decide if the game should then in turn remain coloured and the Vault Boy/Girl be coloured as well, or Change into a Black and white version with the look of it on an old projector reel, or the entire game be the same as the perk icons and so forth.
I would like to see the use of different stances as well, Prone, Crouch and so forth.
Sometimes having variables such as prone and crouch can make the game fun, such as playing the entire FOT in prone.
I would also like to see more perks and karma ideas incorporated, such as after you dig into a grave
you have a choice of buggery. 
Once you do that you get a karma of Necrophiliac.
I am not a necrophiliac but things like this would be slightly humorous to have.

Update: I Thought of another Idea :lighten: for a Set of people to be put into a bar or club which would be very entertaining to the fallout fanboy/girl.
A group of men and maybe 2 women standing on a stage moving back and forth playing instruments. While they are doing this they are singing the song "Maybe" possibly having the song playing in the background on loop. Possibly add a few more songs from the same band. Each person would be dressed in a suit or dress depending upon gender. Each one of the characters wouldn't have to move very much just the ocassional sway back and forth and possibly a looped motion for the drummer.
All of the characters would be non hostile but all have the ability to be Killed. As a penalty for killing them it would cause extreme negative karma.
But really what sick person could whack The Ink Spots?
As a club that could be added to the game would Be Dangerfields.

It is a Comedy club but only the name is whats wanted.

All in all it would be a fallout version of "The Ink Spots" singing a few of their songs possibly inside of Dangerfields.
Maybe for laughs you could talk to a head (Rodneys head) being preserved inside a Glass Jar. (Futurama spoof)
He might say he gets "No respect" though.
Remember this is all just for laughs

Update: I can't seem to stop thinking of new Ideas for Characters.
Several Characters dressed in army garb sitting at the bar in Dangerfields, Each one of these men would be from the Movie, Full Metal jacket, The one who would stick out the most would be "Joker" whenever scrolled over him it would say something in the info box like...
Ex: You see a man dressed in camo with a camera and a note pad. He is wearing a traditional army helmet that says born to kill.
He also wears a peace sign.
Some of the other characters at the bar would be whistling the Mickey mouse song.
M. I. C. K. E. Y. M. O. U. S. E.. Mickey Mouse!.. Who's the leader of the Club thats made for you and me?..
Mickey Mouse! Mickey Mouse...
You get the general Idea.

N.C.R.I.A. (New Californian Republic Intelligence Agency) Investigation of Mr. X.
Mr. X (The Chosen One) is under investigation after 2 senior chairmen of the N.C.R. were found dead, each died of mysterious causes. One said, Thomas Moore a Citizen of Vault City reported that he had heard from sources unknown that "Mr. X." had been the Mysterious cause to the chairmens deaths.
Other sources say that "Mr. X. may or may not be a Made Man of an unkown family in New Reno, this is possibly the source of the death.
Pending Investigation.
description: After The Chosen One accepts quest to kill certain chairmen of N.C.R. and succeeds, several other council members of the N.C.R. decide to form the N.C.R.I.A. the new found source of propoganda in N.C.R.
also the new ugly head of this new found "BIG BROTHER".
The N.C.R. being informed of the spy inside of their ranks has opted to find the said source of the killings in fear that other mysterious killings could accur in the future. With only head council member alive "Tandi" the founder of N.C.R. the N.C.R.I.A is in fear that Tandi could possibly be the next target and without her, citys such as Vault city would remain opposed to joining the N.C.R. and in turn N.C.R would collapse in to a quarling Anarchist rule.
The N.C.R.I.A has called back all known operatives of N.C.R. and interigated a man named Thomas Moore to reveal a man Known as (The Chosen One) who will be here by known as Mr. X.
Mr. X has made several visits to N.C.R. and has a mixed reputation amung other civilians.
His reputation has him known as a Man who asks alot of questions, He travels with a wide range of companions from a Tribal, a Mutant and even a ghoul.
Some say he used some sort of Magic Needle in a local bar outside the city walls of N.C.R. with deadly results killing a local Mutant instantly.
Most people say he just mumbles on and on about "The Vault Dweller" and something called a G.E.C.K. most believe this to be some sort of lizard most likely a gecko, a few people have begun to hate him because of this. Our leader Tandi says he is a crock and only she knew the Vaut Dweller, she says he saved her from Raiders with a Man named Ian who accordingly hated The Vault Dweller because he always shot him in the back.
An Operative will be placed on watch to follow the Vault Dweller and record his "suspicious" activities.
This operative will be here known as Mr. H. also known as Mr. hemeroids since he can be a pain in the ass when you least expect it.
