looking at the directors experience and actor chosen, i'm not all that excited.

Constantine wasn't bad, but that's really the only thing the dude has done that has amounted to anything. and will smith... well, i dont think he'll bring in the necessary 'serieux' to the movie. i'm guessing he'll just be goofing off as usual.
 
Will Smith - puh-lease. His whole wise-cracking kid from the streets of Philly schtick is so fucking tired, yet exactly what Hollywood would think was missing from I am Legend, thus totally fucking up any chance this movie had to be any good.
 
Very old news. Still, I just finished the book, and it wasn't even that good. Hyped by nma.
 
I still would've loved to see Ah-nold in this thing, not sure how I feel about Big Willie yet
