The DICKtator
Is showing up.. Didn't think of it at first but as i finnished up my normal route and decided to hit up one of the DLC's i noticed that i didn't have any of the radio signals so i thought i might just unmark them and start up the game again before marking them up.. But that didn't help and i noticed that the enclave raido is no where to be found either! The enclave bot outside Megaton is not there either.. 
Any clue for a fix?.. Or maybe i should just let the few hours go to waste and restart.. 
Edit: For some reason it won't work when i exit the vault but when i take an alternat start it works.. One of my mods is fucking with me i guess
Edit 2: FWE is the bad guy.. After i reinstalled it everything worked for every file!... But my current
