implants

How about breasts implants for female char or trans char?
You could get a bonus in reaction from men and women when you talk to them but a negative response (or reputation from other females when you turn your back to them) The exeption would be that other female char with breats implants would not judge you the way otehr female would.
It would also imply sizing in armors and positive and negative adjustmnet for shooting (positive when standing you can use them to stabilize you shots but if you have to shoot while lying down it would be a negative adjustmnet).

What do y`all think?

The sad thing is that in a real Fallout there WOULD be people who would be more concerned with making themselves look better with elective surgery than to use that energy and time to stay alive.

Humans are so.. so.. vain.

I tend to agree. If that feature were in there, and raised reaction scores, I'd definately outfit my character with a boob job.
