I agree with you but it might be a good idea to still have the ability to discuss these things. In any case this is a board for game help so that is what it should be used for. I myself have tried to keep out of these discussions but at a point you just can not.

I'd change it so that all non-game related posts are considered Off-Topic.

Good, bad, nyah, nyah, etc. are all curtailed and it's completely game-help.

Snide little tack-on Trojan Horse remarks inside legit posts will not be entertained either. I *know* someone will try to stoop to that.
