in fallout 1 i can't see sex appeal

firstly my english is not good.
im new in this game.and last day im looked fallout 1 characters from nma-fallout page, and i see there sex appeal.but my game not have this appeal.
my char picture is upper there.and why i can't do this?

Fo1 has the Night Person trait instead of Sex Appeal.

I'm not sure what you mean there.

Night person gives you + to Perception (and Intelligence, I think) during the day, - during the night.

Sex Appeal, which it not in Fallout 1, only in Fallout 2, gives you + to Charisma when talking to members of opposite sex, - when talking to members of the same sex.

Both traits are optional.

Both traits have insignificant, small impact on the gameplay.
