No, really, tell us more. How good does one have to be with graphics for your needs?
 
Well I guess most of us here have some knowledge of both these things, myself Photoshop moreso. Flash, well let's say I'm a bit on the "could be a lot better" side.

Oh noes, I've been banzored!!

Seriously, I'm working on customizing a forum I'm trying to put together with some folks from my old BBS days.

So, that said, I've got a banner someone did for me, and while I appreciate their help, it's not entirely what I was envisioing for the site.

I've got the PSD's, and want to enhance it with some font changes, some changes to the scrollwork, minor color changes, border stuff, etc. One portion of the banner I would like to animate in Flash.

Also on the site, I want to modify the default style. Again, I've got a particular style and color scheme, just need someone who's graphically inclined.

I've gotten some help on animating the menu's with flash, so that's progressing nicely.
