To Elizabeth my muse, my love, my passion, my reason for living, my source of joy, the love of my life, the perfect woman, and the reason i had to write this poem

“Never Forgotten”

You will never be forgotten
As long as I live
I will think of you often
For you never made me forgive

Always in my heart you shall stay
Though from yours I will soon be lost
Still I will love you anyway
Until my remains turn to frost

My dreams you shall haunt
But I won’t care
For it will be you , my only want
And forever us a pair

All the things that remind me of you
Shall never part my mind
For there are so many, not few
And each one important in its own kind

Do not fear that you have hurt me
For you never gave me pain
For I shall think of you over my coffee
And smile at the rain

The nights we spent talking together
And the days I spent loving you
Shall rest in my mind forever
All though the time to move on is way overdue

So goodbye for today
But not for tomorrow
In my bed I shall lay
And weep in silent sorrow
