Incorrect screen ratio... 1 day, 2 problems!

First time out of the vault
After my bizarre white screen problem earlier today i now have another one - only 80/90% of my macbooks screen width is used at any time.

Strangely the cutscenes fill the entire monitor, but gameplay has these annoying black lines down either side of the screen.

I was hoping that i could find te problem out, but last time i posted here i discovered an answer within 10 mins. Hoping itll happen again!!

Any help though is greatly appreciated
 
Some laptops (macbooks included) have wider displays than regular monitors. Because Fallout runs at a fixed size of 640x480, there will be extra space on the sides. It's like the horizontal bars you get when playing movies on a regular TV, just the other way around.
