Instantly quit Fallout

1.) Hello, is there any way to quit Fallout 2 instantly with just one hit without ant confirmation???

Alt+F4 doesn't work at all!

2.) Generally is there any way (application or sth.) to instantly close any running application (game for expl) with just one click/hit, that will work even when Alt+F4 method doesn't???

alt tab might hide the window you can then kill it with task manager? I lot of games block the alt-f4 function. you'll probabluy find the windows key hides the program too.

I could use this. Occasionly I use my laptop for "project managment" at work. I miss the good old days of Alt+Crtl+del then enter.
