As noticed by jr. and others in our F:POS forum and elsewhere, Interplay has finally licensed out music that will fit Fallout setting and style. The choices were so masterfully done, I'm speechless.

Yeah, they definitely went all out to capture the feel of Fallout there. I know that the song People = Shit reminds me a lot of 1940s era jazz.
 
Why ain't I surprised? I saw this coming a mile away. Even in the damn trailer there's some hideous crap music forcing its way into my fragile ears. Why can't they see that nothing they do is in any way at all Fallout:y? They have taken a long shitbreak right on top of the Fallout-pile -- demolished it with their stink.

I just hope that there are no kids out there who gets fooled by their lies.

C'mon Interplay, die die die so we can have Fallout 3 after someone else picks up the licence...

Don't say that. Because more likely than not it would be Microsoft who swoops in and steals the liscense, and then Fallout 3, 4, and 4 "Xtreme Edition" would all be XBox Exclusive First Person Shooters (And would all come out the same year).

Of course, J.E. said that they picked up the computer rights to Shadowrun... that's not that mainstream as gaming goes... Hmmm...

Not to let this become a MS discussion, but Microsoft is definitely better han IPLY. They didn't make Halo anything it wasn't before, they have Halo 2 developed for over two years. The development team of Fable is getting all the time it needs. If this were IPLY they would have rushed Halo 2 out the door and canceled Fable already.
I also don't think MS would pick it up, they aren't interested in PC franchises.

Back to topic: Another slap in the face of ex-BIS employees. So, this is where they still got money for. Sad.

I don't think they are trying to cater to gamers, they are trying to cater to the gamer "stereotype".

Sex, craptastic music, all the things you'd market to a pissed off at the world 13 year old adolecent (sp?)

Personally I've never met this kind of gamer, I wonder how the bloody hell this stereotype came to exist.
 
What is poor is that they are trying to cash in on the "racy" things, but most people can tell you that type of game rarely works unless there's really something to the game in the first place.

Althought technically she's 18, she still acts like that Stereotype you mentioned, she likes Craptastic music and looking at half naked girls.... :lol:
