invalid page fault

When I play fallout tactics I keep grtting an invalid page fault message that says BOS caused and invalid page fault in module BOS.EXE . It usually happens randomly and reloading and trying again I can get past the bit where it crashed before. It is really annoying though! I have tried reinstalling both the game on different install sizes, and a reinstall of windows 98se. I have tried patches and different video and sound drivers.Help!

2. There is no way to get rid of it unless you have some luck or ger the exact same brand of hardware they used in QA.

curse those fiends! It seems to ALWAYS happen when a super mutant lies down whilst on the screen! Or when I try to move the screen to certain places, like south of the steel mill one of the disk 3 levels (great bend maybe, can't remember name of level)
