Invisible Help ?????

First time out of the vault
I have a number of characters join me and folllow me. When I started fighting onsecond floor of one of the new reno buildings they stayed behind, now I can't see them. But I think they are still there 'couse in many places they don;t wanna have anything to do with me 'couse I have a ghoul with me ( which I can't see now ). This is a problem 'couse I can;t get into the vault city.

Can anyone help me ? Can I either get ride of my companions or make them visible again ?
 
A way to get rid of them would be to be an extremly bad Karma score (best way to do this is with random encounters, as it will have no other effect on your game. Of course, it would be quicker to slaughter a few towns, but that means that any quests there will be unavailable). Many characters will leave if you go below a certain level. I don't know if Lenny is one of those though, I'll see if I can find out for you. Then, when he's/they've left simply kill a lot of raiders (etc) in random encounters to get your karma back to what it was. That's assuming you had a positive Karma, which I'm assuming because I don't think Lenny will dollow you if you have bad Karma.

Or you could get into a fight with something tough (Enclave troopers for instance) and hope they kill your companions. This won't work too well though, as they tend to target you first.

As to making them reappear, I've no idea. Did you search the forum? Somebody's probably had this problem before.

Wrong forum indeed. I like to think I'm a nice guy, so you'll go to the right forum instead of the Vats. Next time, read the stickies, and read Per's Guides before asking questions as well. They tend to solve nearly every problem.

Sorry about the forum, I think this has allready been moved to the proper place.

there must be a way to either make them re-appear or leave without having to get a really bad rep ?! So far I didn't find any answers ( e-mailed the ultimate guide guy about this - if I get a reply I will post it here ).
 
As I write in the guide, I'm not everyone's personal help board. This is, however, so you were right to post here in the first place, although you chose the wrong forum.

And the answer to your question is in the guide. I've given you enough information in this thread that you should be able to find it in seconds.
