Iphone Games

Broletariat

First time out of the vault
just wanted to reccomend these two iPhone games I've been playing. The first is Sushi Cat. Its kind of a puzzle game in which your a cat trying to eat Sushi. At first it sounds rather dumb but its adorable and fun. The second is Battleheart , its kind of a rpg/strategy game. super fun. Just thought I'd suggest these games. They are also for droid as well

1:This goes into general gaming and Hardware forum, friend. and 2:That would require most of us to have an iPhone (I don't think anyone does).Maybe the droid...maybe.I would bet most poster here use a flip phone at best. :)

I have the HTC Incredible 2.

I have an ipod touch. I highly recommend Game Dev Story. It's a simulation where you run your own game company. Really fun.

I like angry birds a lot. It is very fun and can also be really hard in some levels, but not frustratingly so.

MMM ScummVM.... (drools)
Pity the classic gaming we all grew up with will probably become the smartphone mainstay untill it matures into mindless COD clones in the next 10 years as technology evolves. I really do think the next best CRPGlike game will be on an I-phone, not a PC.

If I had a smartphone, I would get the app with all the MRE menus. But I have an older samsung with a slideout screen.

Good for you :cookie: . And I guess I was kinda wrong:some people DO have smartphones.

The only cellphone game I ever got into was Doom RPG, and that was before the days of smart phones. Might be a bit expensive (I got it for $7.99 about four years ago) and probably pretty shitty compared to the kinds of games phones can play nowadays but I got a good twenty hours of good quality entertainment out of it. It's kinda like a cross between Eye of the Beholder (and other early 90s 3d dungeon crawler RPGs) and turn based combat goodness from Fallout. Great replayability too, I spent three months trying to find all the secret areas and items
the game is fundamentally different in that it is a turn-based role-playing game, rather than a shooter, with greater emphasis on the plot.
Sounds like the opposite of where games are going nowadays. Seriously, if you ever come across it, snatch it up. You won't be disappointed

I also had Silent Hill Orphan but I barely got three hours out of it before I beat it twice and got bored of it. Not fun at all unless you're a fan of the series.

Angry Birds is my crack. I play all the time.

But, I do get really frustrated and quit, but come back a few minutes later.

I have a problem

Zombie Gunship is a fun little timewaster. You're basically controlling the gunnery of an AC-130 Spectre giving covering fire to civilians fleeing into a bunker, seeing the action overhead through thermal sights that I think are supposed to very roughly replicate what the gunnery cameras actually look like. Only start with the 25mm gatling but you get the 40mm and 140mm cannons in short order.

Keeps me occupied during slow periods at work.

It's okay, I'll ask my imam if we can set up an angry birds rehab centre :D

Runway is an exceedlying fun ios game. Probably on everything else, but oh god it's entertainment.

Also, I've got an iphone.

Never got around to play that game.
Had it installed for so long, but no.

It's free nowadays, right?

You can get it for free from the main website as well, just click the windows button under the video.
