That name just screams out, "We Sweetly Swindle, Old Testament Style". Sounds perfect for Herve except for one important part.

I don't see "Cooking The Books" listed here. I can definitely see him taking advantage of their services for "Fraud Prevention & Detection", though it is a bit late:
