JR DESIGNER

Applicant must be:
A talented and enthusiastic game designer to join one of our console design teams. Duties include designing interesting game areas, well-rounded characters, basic level maps, and story-tie ins. The ideal candidate has design experience, familiarity with Interplay games (especially Black Isle Studios games), strong experience playing and designing for Xbox and PlayStation2 consoles, good people skills, the ability to implement design suggestions and criticisms, and a love of fantasy and science-fiction games.

Requirements
· 6+ months game design experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Enthusiasm for playing and making fun and exciting console games
· Ability to work well in a team environment

Pluses
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
· Experienced in designing and playing fantasy and SF action and role playing games
· Non-design gaming industry experience (as an artist, sound designer, programmer, tester, etc).

Salary D.O.E with benefits, 401K.
