Is it possible to delete a corpse? My trunk is stuck.

Try uninstalling the patch. If that doesn't work. you might be pretty much F(*&ed.
 
easiest way I can think of is just reinstall the game and let it write over what the patch has done. (doesn't usually screw with your saved games but allways best to stick them somewhere safe)
