On page 32 of the UK version. It say exp will be shared equally between squad members.

Doesn't this mean having a small team will get u more exp? Serveral ppl confirm that exp doesn't change no matter how many ppl u have in ur team. 1 or 6 is all the same.

Which is right?

I've done both going through the game with a team and cheating and doing one man army and I generally got levels at the same rate for both.

Yes I allways ended up around the same level with or without a team.

I think what the manual is trying to say, is that everyone in your squad will get the same amount of xp off a kill, but it isn't divided or anything.

Example: Farsight kills a raider worth 10 xp points, so you, Stitch and Farsight get 10xp each. Later, you have 2 more people in your squad, and farsight kills another 10 point raider. Everyone only gets 10 xp, regardless of how many people you have, because the raider is only worth 10 xp.

lol. I realize I'm not making this any clearer, so I'll shut my trap and go back to playing. lol :7

What!!! I've been playing the game so far (I passed St. Louis) with only 4 guys to get more XP!!! Damn!
