Issues and ideas stressed to the Fallout 3 development team

Ok ok after playing the fallout series I have came up with some gameplay issues for Fallout 3,
assuming that there will ever be one.

1) Items(that can be picked up) on the ground should be a heck of alot more noticable, it makes it hard to spot out a crowbar on gray pavement, the damn thing is almost invisible, also the items should be more easier to highlight.

2)the font lettering needs to be changed in order to note a distinct difference between the lowercase a's and the lowercase o's..

3)If Fallout 3 is going to be in 3d, then the view should be rotational.

4)If you get caught stealing, there should be differnet levels of punishment, for example, you got caught stealing some guy's beef jerky, and he gets mad, insted of killing you he breaks your nose, or punches you hard enough that you hit the pavement, and then tells you to "f**k off a**hole". Now if you got caught trying to steal his money or maybe his girlfriend he might say "you a dead motherf**ker" and then procede to beat you down to a bloody pulp.

5)there needs to be weather effects, like maybe rain, except it rains black water, and it snows dust, sort of like that Nuclear Winter theory which has always been written which theorizes what would happen after a major nuclear war.

6)those times when the character puts away his weapon then shakes his hands in front of a door or a person then he gets out his weapon again is very annoying, they need to change that.

last but not least

7)load times need to be fast, if not they could ast least display a bar that increases when loading(people who have played Baulder's Gate know what I'm talking about).

I don't think it will be 3d

What they said was 3d engines would be running the game. It just gives more detail, and btter backgroung graphics, etc. A lot less work for the artists too. The character would be changed evrytime you put something on he/she. Even the boots would change. Just like they said in the fallout website.

RE: Issues and ideas stressed to the Fallout 3 development t

The thing that annoyed me the most was the engine "hides" things close to the wall, so if you don't walk up to the wall, you don't see it. I totally agree bout the hard to spot objects as well.
