Item adding tool?

Hi, I've been searching through this forum in hope of finding a tool that can add items to my character, since i accidently fucked up.
Does such tool even exist? If it does where can i download it?
And this tool should be for FO1.

The Savegame Cracker can add items, but I don't know if it works on FO1 games.
Falled can change one item into another, so pick up something you don't need and turn that into what you want.

Fuck! The fallout save game cracker doesn't work in the FO1, and Falled can only change certain items to other certain items and none of that includes Junk parts D: I guess i ain't ever gonna get that modified power armor and ultra plasma rifle

I need junk parts to give to Miller, so i hoped there was some editor that could give me some. But i would gladly sacrifice some other item if that could get me some junk.

Most editors can't change one type of item into another (e.g. can turn a weapon to another weapon, but not armor). So you'll have to find some sort of miscellaneous item to create junk.

Also, there are at least three 'Junk' items in the game: on the body in the deathclaw warehouse in the Boneyard, in the Necropolis sewers, and in a crate in Jake's (the gun merchant) room in the Hub. They're all identical, so any of them can be used for that quest or on the water pump.

What the hell?! There ain't any merchant called Jake in "The Hub", but there is a guy called Jacob. Although he doesn't have any junk. Neither in his inventory nor room.
