I've been playing a new game for a while. fortunately I got dogmeat fairly early on in the game. but now I've reached vault 13 and realized he's no longer in my party. does anyone know of any way to get him back? is there a way I can go into the game code and put him back in my party? thanks a lot.

What game are you playing?
You can try this:
1. Load the game.
2. Move the rndcafe.sav file from your save game folder.
3. Enter the Cafe of Broken Dreams. Dogmeat should be there and might join you.
4. Leave.
5. Restore the old save file.
6. ???
7. Profit.
