Weather. Fallout 1 and 2 It was either sunny or dark outside. Big whoop, I wanna see some rain & mudpuddles and I wanna see the puddle wave when you walk through it.

More armor/worn gear. There are only like 5 or 6 looks in Fallout 1 and 2 for Armor. Leather Jacket, Leather Armor, Combat Armor, Robes...Power and Enclave. Even if the armor was different it looked like one of the above. (Example: Combat Leather Jacket with both sleeves.) I wanna see some more junk. Also, little things... Like instead of only being able to have Armor on, maybe different slots for Foot wear, etc. Like if you wore a certain pair of boots it would give you +1 Agility or something. And maybe if you wore glasses a +1 Perception. They had the shades for Charisma in Fallout 2 but you had to put them in your hand to "wear" them. There should have been a slot for eyes.

More people graphics, gets old seeing the same people in town after town.

More Random Encounters. When you get around a town or whatever you pretty much KNOW what you're gonna encounter. (exp: New Reno- Gang, Mobsters). I mean, there should be tons of other things possible. After taking out a few 100 gangs that all look the same, it gets pretty un-realistic that they keep coming.

Fallout 2 lost that wasteland feel.. look at SanFran, it's like a big ass city. Wtf, is Fallout 3 gonna have like Skyscrapers and shit? In Fallout 2 you could have 1000's of rounds for whatever gun you wanted/had. That's a bit much. Everything seems unlimited when there should be like rations of everything. There aren't big ass companies making guns out there.

Too many out of character references and Easter-Eggs or whatever they're called. I mean, a few subtle ones here and there are ok, but when I play a game I get into it, and don't like to be broken from the game by being reminded of silly ooc shit...Then again I thought they were all funnyy... I guess I'm half and half on that.

More 'bad' quests. If you play a bad-guy you're very limited in what you can do. There should be a huge ammount of good and bad quests that you can only do if you're one or the other. Throw in some Assassinations and you're good to go.

Also, more 'Bad' NPCs. There was like one 'Bad' NPC in Fallout 2...Myron, and let's face it, he sucked ass. All NPCs are good and you have to be good to get them, In Fallout 3 that should be changed and there should be a nice chunk of Good AND Bad NPCs that you can only get by being a certain way. I also think all NPC's should have a talking head and more in-depth Story Lines. (exp: Sulik would find his sister but then decide to stay with you on your quest for helping him.) I also think all NPCs in your party should have an ending animation, telling what happened to them after you finished the game, based on the things you did...And just more interaction all together. Like if you're talking to someone Cassidy would say things during the conversation also, They're PEOPLE...not just "things" that follow you around.

A Motorcycle, 'nuff said. Kick ass lonewolf feel to it. It screams "I'm a bad ass." OoooOoo it'd be cool if you could stay on it during combat, drive by pegging off little fuckers with your shotgun.

WOMEN. I never played Fallout1 much so I don't know if there was one in it. But in Fallout 2 there was no good Combat Woman NPC! Just that lame bitch you could marry. I want a Combat woman NPC like a female version of Cassidy 'cept younger and hotter...maybe she could be a former BOS person or something, and your char could hook up with her :)

That's more of an artwork contraint that anything. Would you prefer an addition citizen, or being able to see metal armor on your character?

It really depends on your definition of bad. Assassinating someone can be a good thing. It might not be the best way to nuetralize them, but the results could still be good.

For someone reason I don't see a large group of evil character very viable. Unless you can continually prove you are the dominant character. Who says they won't turn on you when you're at your weakest? They are evil after all.

I think NPCs with the depth found in the ones from Planescape would be great.

I'd prefer no vehicles. I think your own cart and brahmin would make more sense for transporting extra weight. It, also, seems extremely unlikely to be accurate while riding.

There were two NPC women in Fallout. Tandi and Katja.

OK, here goes...

<<<Weather. Fallout 1 and 2 It was either sunny or dark outside. Big whoop, I wanna see some rain & mudpuddles and I wanna see the puddle wave when you walk through it.>>>

I don't really care about this kind of shit (don't take that offensive) so I usually say no, cause all it does is consume extra time.

<<<More armor/worn gear. There are only like 5 or 6 looks in Fallout 1 and 2 for Armor. Leather Jacket, Leather Armor, Combat Armor, Robes...Power and Enclave. Even if the armor
was different it looked like one of the above.>>>

Like normal flatjackets and more specialized armor, oh, b.t.w, you forgot the metal armors in your row.

<<<I wanna see some more junk. >>>

Don't you think that would be a little AD&Dish? Separate slots for separate armor parts perhaps (like X-com, Apocalypse) or even boot slots, glove slots and jacket/raincoat slots (aka as cloaks in AD&D), but get +1 this and -1 that... why not have cursed items while your at it. That's sarcasm, for the MAVOers in the room.

<<<More people graphics, gets old seeing the same people in town after town. >>>

How about just an engine that switches the colors on people (Fred wouldn't be dressed the same the second time you play, so still be hard to find), saves a lot of work.

<<<More Random Encounters. When you get around a town or whatever you pretty much KNOW what you're gonna encounter. (exp: New Reno- Gang, Mobsters). I mean, there should be tons of other things possible.>>>

Name five.

<<<Fallout 2 lost that wasteland feel.. >>>

True. Bring out the prequels.

<<<Fallout 2 you could have 1000's of rounds for whatever gun you wanted/had. That's a bit much.>>>

A bit much!? That's a bit of an understatement, isn't it?

<<<Too many out of character references and Easter-Eggs or whatever they're called. Eastereggs, they've been brought up many times and they still SUCK!

<<<More 'bad' quests. If you play a bad-guy you're very limited in what you can do. There should be a huge ammount of good and bad quests that you can only do if you're one or the other.>>>

As long as you don't start about allignments I'm with you. Same goes about the NPC part I left out.

<<<A Motorcycle, 'nuff said. Kick ass lonewolf feel to it. It screams "I'm a bad ass." OoooOoo it'd be cool if you could stay on it during combat, drive by pegging off little fuckers with your shotgun.>>>

Fighting while driving!? Your confusing Fo with FF. A motorcycle or other vehicle only in case of a sequel, and why do you think there are no open vehicles in Fo:BoS? You'd have to design the vehicle with every possible type of person on it, unless you'd use ful 3D and they're not very likely to do so.

Oh, like the woman NPC Idea a lot, you can use her for some extra money as well, if she's as hot as your implying you want her to be.

Cuius testiculos habes, habeas cardia et cerebellum.

I agree with you psycho. In fallout 2 my favorit city was Klamath, Den Modoc and Reding, if you know what I em saying the garbage towns.
The towns with streets cowered with junk and crap it gave me the feling from fallout 1 in Klamath the streets had destroyed aspalth and car wrecs in the streets. That is what i like the most.
sure it was cool with clean streets but it didnt have the postapolytic feling i wanted.
therefor JUNK rules.
when you are talking about easter eggs i mean get them out off the way.
Small references are okay but not to many.

And i want bad quests i love being mean and an asshole aginst peapole on the game it is cool.
more junk town is wath i want no nice citys like NCfuckingR

Yeah I agree, junk rulez! And about different slots for different things I say: OK, make one for the head and one for the body. In the head slot you can have helmets, glasses or whatever, and in the body slot armors and such. I think that they should bring back the little things from FO1. Like in Junktown, Gizmos sign and al´l things like that. In FO1 the houses were better buildt with doors or curtains between every room and coller walls and so on. In Fo2 there are almost no walls or anything like that. And MORE EVIL NPCs AND QUESTS!!!
