JUST ANOTHER ORDINARY SUGGESTION

Hello, I've played all Fallout game and I like it all.
Let's get down to business, shall we?
My Suggestion:

1. Add weather. It means, sometimes its rainy days, sometimes its sunny, and sometimes, foggy. I think it'll greatly enhance the gaming experience.

2. Shooting/Reloading time. I think it's better to have the weapon shoots faster, 2-4 APs perhaps, while reloading takes maybe 8 APs. This way, it'll be more realistic(in my opinion). This is also make the weapon clip size really matter, unlike in Fallout 1/2/T (sometimes, still matter though).

3. Fog of War. When visiting unknown place, we will not know what kind of room next door, making it possible for Secret Rooms

4. Vehicles also have body parts. So that we can shoot the tire, kill the driver, or blow it up high.

5. Discount when buying a lot/often. It happens in real world, so why dont we put it in?

6. Charging attacks. Charging here not meaning BULKING like in other FF oriented RPGs. What I mean is attacks that could be executed after briefly running toward the enemy, like throwing the spear, slashing the enemy, bashing, and etc.

7. Destructible world. Not really suggestion though, I REALLY hate it, if it means that we could accidentally blow up the only exit, or such. And it'll be pain in the ass for the Programmers.

What is your opinion about these?

Yeeeaaaahhhh.... I think weather would be okay. It's not one of my personal "must have" features though.

No. Some weapons I could understand if you're putting bullets in one by one, but as I understand (and I'm no weapons expert), loading a clip into a gun didn't take that long.

I dunno. I'm kind of half and half on this. I might like it, it'd certainly mean you have to see the room in order to know who/what is inside. On the other hand... I dunno.

What vehicles?

BULK BUY! Probably too hard to do. Too hard, not much result. Have to remember how many of what you're buying and then work out discount. Dunno. Not something I really agree with though.

Uhhh... So run two steps forward and throw the spear when it's your turn.

Yeah, maybe. Blow out walls etc... and walk through the nicely carved hole in the wall. One problem is it might make other skills useless. Like lockpick was in Arcanum. Why get lockpick, when you just need an axe to open the door or the chest?

In fallout it takes longer to shoot a revolver(!) one time, than to reload it.
Realoding any gun should definitely take longer than shooting it.

Its real! Im an ol' BB shooter and it tooks about 8 second to reload my Crosmann AIR-17 (They used 4 round clips or 100 round BB in Internal Mag.) and only 3 seconds to do a snap shot. Also how about shotguns? And those Slide Action .22 guns? I need about 2 second to insert EACH Shells or bullet and only need about 1 sec to cock it and fire at a target!!
Well perhaps it will be more realistics if shooting a gun took only 2 AP and it took 7 AP to reload it. Shooting burst took 3 AP and aimed need 5 AP.

And ROmeo says to his beloved Juliet: "Kulo tresno karo sampeyan"

RE: PLEASE DON'T USE ALL CAPITALS IN A HEADING. IT IS ANNOYI

Actually I pressed the Caps Lock key accidentally. I was late for class, so only after I finished the message that I realized that I haven't typed any subject title. I try to "Tab" my way up to the subject entry, but it didn't work, so I use mouse and wrote the subject and post it THEN i realized i typed in capitals. Apparently, instead of pressing Tab, I press Caps Lock!!!

Sorry for the annoyance

And as the saying goes:
