Just like Saddam Hussein, he talks big, but is powerless. I don't think he's evil, if anything, he's harmless and reduced to a state where all he can do is jump upon any little incident that the USA botches and try to gather support (pity) for it.

I dont think tht he is evil.
He is just a man caught in a system. I believe that if he shows weakness he's going to get killed or overturned. He might be the lesser of two "evil" (i didnt want to use that word).
Last year when our former Prime Minister past away (Trudeau) he came to Canada to honnor the man wich he called his friend. They even showed old pictures of him playing with Trudeau's son.
I think he is a proud man in a poor system.

Yeah, the US did everything they could to hurt it and resultingly brought it down heavily... assassinating Che was a horrible thing to do.
