after you kill emporer Daarr (that's the correct spelling) you get 10000 ring pulls in the chest behind his throne.
I know you barter with these, but who barters with tribals?

and sebides, is there anything in the caves nearby? The debriefing says thats where the psychic powers come from

nuthin but bugs, ring pulls come in handy for missions like coldwater and junction city where you can barter for goody's, and if you ever find the devil thorn jacket in the random encounters, I think it costs about a ka-bunches of ring pulls. :)
