Kaga Crash

Hi,

I just started playing Fallout 2 again with the Restoration Project 12.1.1
When I leave Klamath I encounter "The big Kaga". After some fighting Kaga says something and the game crashes.
I already tried to reinstall the game, but it doesn't help.

I just managed it to escape It was the 6th encounter and it always crashed.

I met Kaga again... now the game crashes just after loading the savegame :/
