Ok i know that karma effects the ending of the game but will it really effect anything else like rank, or the way people talk to you?
also does Carisma do anything? I know it lets you have sertain perks that you wouldnt have without it, and i know it effects your barter But does it serve any perpose when talking to people now that you cant choose what to say to others?
