Karma

I'm having a hard time building up much Karma. I had to whack a few villagers, and now I'm stuck on Betrayer. Last game, I got all the way to Demon Spawn, and all I did was wipe out the civvies in the town where you have to drive the Hummer through the maze, and accidentally hit a scribe with my APC. Anyway, how do I build my Karma UP?

Uhm, do good deeds. Basically, perform every mission to the Brotherhoods expectations.
