Killap's restoration 2.1.2b mod issue

First time out of the vault
The install of the mod, goes ok it runs smoothly, then out of no where it goes nuts causing the mouse cursor to flicker and become non-functional along with it drag it in a random direction, anybody no what this is about or had a similar problem

My apologies, works fine unmodded for windows 7 os
