Killing a critter with savegame editor

Hello. I'm currently playing Fallout 2 and I have a problem clearing the Great Wanamingo Mine in Redding: In the southern area of the mine there are two wanamingos which are stuck behind the walls, which means that I cannot reach and kill them. I downloaded the savegame editor, but I don't have any experience with such a program. I would like to kill the two wanamingos in that area as they are the only creatures left, so I can make Ascorti buy the mine back from me. How can I achieve this with a savegame editor.

You can't kill them with the editor. What you can do though is set the mine to "cleared" status. Open the editor and find your save, select the GVARS tab and scroll down to 389:GVAR_WANAMINGO_OCCUPADO=0. Change the zero to a two. Then push the Misc tab and ad 3500 xp to your current xp in the Experience field. Save your changes and reload your game. Go talk to Ascorti.
