Our beloved Krazikatt is also moving away from IPLY and on to greener fields, here's what she wrote in a forum thread in the Winter Wind forums:<blockquote>I had to start a thread to tell everyone that I am leaving Interplay! And I'm buying a new car! YAY! I've never had a new car before... I went to carsdirect.com and I'm paying invoice for it and they are delivering it to my house... they're even taking my truck away at the same time (as a trade in)! They found the exact car I wanted and are shipping it down from San Francisco... and they are even financing me. CRAZY WHAT YOU CAN DO ONLINE THESE DAYS!

BIS still "exists" as a two person console game developing team.

Interplay is "keeping it alive" purely for the BIS name recognition and nothing more.
 
Do me a favor, Krazikatt, and bang the monkeys at Sammy to force their newly acquired toy Sega to make Xbox versions of Out Run 2 and Virtua Cop 3. Pleaze? :wink:

Congrats on the new car. Make sure you hop in and really savor that new car smell because it doesn't last long. It goes with the first beer you spill or mouldy half eaten Maccas burger you leave under the seat.

yeah, the only new car smell I ever get is when I rent a car. :?
 
Well since everbody already said the congrats on the new job stuff, I will say congratulations on the car. I leased a brand new Jetta ten months ago, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Wonderful cars Volkswagen builds. Hope you enjoy it like I do.

P.S. The new car smell still hasn't gone away.
