hi, i'm a new fan of fallout series. i'll start a modded fallout 2. I want to know how this image is created so i can use the same mods in my game.

It's impractical - you would need to take 1000s of images into Photoshop and edit each one carefully, while avoiding any jumping in the animation. They are just little images after all...then you would need to change the naming convention for the FRMs, then have someone adjust Fallout 2 to be able to use those new critters. Good luck.
