Okay, maybe I'm doing something wrong or just cant figure out the combination or what...
Okay, I know I have been playing for like 7 years but one thing still puzzles me:

How do you get into the store room on the first level of the BoS base in Fallout 1?
I have tried killing everyone, and luring the paladins out so I can unlock the door...
Ive tried sneaking into the place lockpicking the door... (always get caught, even with a 200% sneak and lockpick skills)

I remember hearing something, I think from Rhombus or Talus in the BoS that if you are a knight for 10 years you become a paladin, but I'm not real sure on what it entails to get to that point. Especially because you have to upgrade from a Initiate to a Knight first, and hell-only-knows how you do that....

So, how do I get in there? With all those crates and it being the Bos, I can imagine that there is some pretty nifty stuff in there...

From Per's guide:

If you want to raid the large storeroom, which means you'll be at odds with the Brotherhood, one way is to unlock the door before turning the guards hostile. If you don't, you'll need an Electronic Lock Pick, since the guards inside will always initiate combat mode when you go near and prevent you from using your Lockpick skill on the door (but the Electronic Lock Pick can be used during combat). There's a lot of stuff to be found inside, including 2 Powered Armor, but you should have more than enough anyway and it's a pretty tough battle.
