Level 2 door question

alright
in level 2 the building from which you get to bunker and has a second half floor from which you can shoot a 1st floor fortified position the door in the upper left of the building won't open, can't lock pick doesn't even say failed glitch... a key.... a miracle.... help?

True, it's stupid that there is no comment about lockpicking the door, or about it actually being IMPOSSIBLE to lock pick the door.
The only way to open it is with a key that is found on the enemy closest to that bunker, if i'm not wrong.
just kill him and take the key.
