There are things that are cool, and stratiegic in using live action, but if you still wanted the game to be about the charecter, then you could have speed, for example, falloutchar has been taking hand to hand combat lessens, and has a speed of 6, hostile enamy next to him is about to fire at falloutchar allie, aimd, aimd can take 1 speed, points gun, falloutchar kicks gun out of hand with aimd (target hand).
the whole idea of having live action is cool with the burst of auto guns. and enstead of having action points have speed, and agile. but with a speed mark to determin who goes, and not just a crazy mess of every one allie and foe shooting or stabing at eachother, all at once would be hard to determin what is going on, especially with the words, sulik was hit by prostitute for 3 hp, stuff like that filling up the screen to fast to read, and look at the action, of sulik getting hit by prostitute. and if it is all life action knifes would be a real disadvantage more than they are, so either give knifes like +2 to speed, because if someone is shooting burst mode with life action the man with the knife would not have a chance of getting to his atacker. + a cool idea would be to make like an assason skill, that makes knifes to more damage, + be able to throw all besides throwing knife. also if possibly a machine and auto gun skill. that the higher it is you will be able to fire two sub machine guns at once, if at low skill, lower chance to hit of course. and even a way to use alchemy such as poison to boost the damage of knifes, or make a chance to do extra damage, with knifes and assasson skill, and even a acuracy stat, along with speed. another thing is random allies, anyone in the game can become your allie, just have a ask option. they dont have to have a neat litle sound thing for every one, it would be better to have the capabilaty to make friends with anyone. a prostitute, a pimp, or just a civilian of some city. plus that would be easier for th eprogrammers, because they dont have to have a function for each one, and a animation for each one, just say for example, u have 3000 rep, and try to make friends (undercover or something) with a city crimenal, chance to make friend 6%, chance of city criminal to ask you for help 6%+ how much in need such as if being atacked. but if u have 3000 rep and ask a law byting npc to join you, would be 20%, etc, and a question about multiplayer, how will that take affect? how many people will be in a game at once, and will they have to travle in group or can they talk to eachother in different cities?
