Location of Good Ol'e Fred

I must of spent an hour looking for Fred in the Den, so I can collect a debt for Becky, anyone know where the scoundrel is? ;>

Fred is in Flick's shop in the first quarter in the Den. He's in the first room of the building, also. He's one of those bald shambling people dressed completely in yellow. There's alot of guys fitting that description in that building (and the entire game) so just talk to them all. Hint: Highlight your cursor over them and your data screen will say if he's Fred or a Townsperson.

When Fred asks you to lend him $100, do it. He wins lots of money, and If you return to The Den after a while, he gives you micro fusion cells, small energy cells and some other stuff I can't remember right now. (Fred is now wearing a black suit, in case you dont recognice* him)
