where can i find all the vehicles prefelbly the tank

you get the APC in Sent Louis, buggy in a bonus mission (Springfield), Hummer in a mission 3 or 2.. or was it 4 Or am I completly wrong

There are scouter, forgot the name of the location, something with R I think
